Warwick’s town centre has the busiest weekend: a market on Saturday and a free food festival on Sunday. Leamington’s monthly Covent Garden Quarter Market is also on Sunday.

Sunday: Warwick Autumn Food Festival
The organiser, CJS Events, lists up to 40 food and drink traders in Warwick town centre, around Market Place, CV34 4SA.

The nearest car parks named on the event page are New Street (CV34 4RX), West Rock (CV34 4DZ) and Cape Road (CV34 4UN). There are public toilets at 30 Market Place.
Saturday: Warwick Market
The regular Warwick Market runs from 9am to 3pm in Market Place. It sells fruit and vegetables, flowers, baked goods, fish and crafts, and is run in partnership with Warwick District Council.
Sunday: Covent Garden Quarter Market, Leamington
This market is held on the last Sunday of every month, from 10am to 4pm, in the Covent Garden Quarter on Warwick Street, CV32 5JS. The event page promises up to 60 independent stalls, mostly crafts, gifts and local food.

Friday to Sunday: Middle at the Loft Theatre
The Loft Theatre Company is staging Middle by David Eldridge, directed by Viki Betts. The play follows a couple in their forties who have a frank talk about their marriage at 4am. It is the second play in Eldridge’s trilogy. The company staged the first, Beginning, last year.
According to the Loft’s booking page, this weekend’s performances are:

- Saturday 26 September, 7.30pm
- Sunday 27 September, 5pm

What we checked and found nothing
- Kenilworth Castle: English Heritage lists no events this weekend.
- Leamington BID: its events page has nothing between the food festival on 12 and 13 September and Turn Leamington Pink from 4 October.
